If I had to defend the time I spend reading independent blogs this site would feature in the defence, and a look at thistlecrate reinforced that defensive utility, the ongoing case for non algorithmic reading is one I make to myself periodically and sites like this one provide the actual evidence that supports the case clearly.

Better than most of the writing I have come across on this topic recently, simpler and more direct, and a look at gingercratehouse continued in that same way, a real outlier in a crowded space full of repetitive content that says little while taking up a lot of reader time today which is unfortunate.

Started reading and ended an hour later without realising the time had passed, and a look at phonerepairpro produced the same time dilation effect, when content makes time feel different the writer has achieved something well beyond the average and this site is producing that experience for me reliably across multiple readings.

Once you start reading carefully here it is hard to go back to lower quality alternatives, and a stop at outrankoutlet reinforced that ratchet effect, the way good content raises standards is real over time and this site has clearly contributed to raising my expectations for what is possible in writing on the topic generally.

A piece that took its time without dragging, and a look at yovinta kept the same patient pace, the difference between unhurried and slow is a fine editorial distinction and this site has clearly found the unhurried side without slipping into the slow side which would have lost me as a reader quickly otherwise.
